So Kim Kardashian and Kanye West have finally (two days
later!) decided on and released the name of their baby boy
and it’s Saint, thereby disappointing their legions of fans
who had been rooting for Easton. Kardashian shared the
news by posting an emoji family of four on social media.
Saint makes a lot of sense for a son of the artist whose
2013 album was titled Yeezus and contained a song called
“I am a God.” Yet baby boy West is not the only secular
saint in the celebrisphere. Rocker Pete Wentz called his
second son (the first was Bronx Mowgli) Saint Laszlo last
year, and British actress Selma Blair used it as her son
Arthur’s middle name in 2011.

Asa, Your Collabos are Getting Dumber by the Day’ – Etcetera Blasts Asa
Article as written by Etcetera below:
“I walked into the music preview room at the radio
station and I saw one of our sound engineers
previewing Naeto C’s songs before uploading it into
the station’s new digital library for airplay.
I immediately walked out of the room because I
wasn’t ready to activate my anger mode by putting
myself through another experience of listening to
another Nigerian rap song with shallow and crappy
lines of which Naeto C is the culprit-in-chief, only to
walk into the transmitting room and heard the
presenter on duty introducing ‘Share my Blessing’
by Naeto C and Asa, as the next song on the play
list.
I have to admit that this time around, I wasn’t too
eager to make a dash for the door. Maybe because
I heard Asa was on the song and thought that it
would have at least inspired Naeto C to use better
and more inspiring rhymes. Hope is a very
dangerous thing. It turned out that I hoped for too
much.
The first line of the song almost pulled off my knee
cap. It is the most fatal accident I have had till
date. I almost died when I heard “what a
conundrum” within the first few lines. What
Conundrum? Like seriously? Bros Naeto, the only
thing close to a conundrum in the whole song was
how you convinced Asa to feature in the song.
That song has some of the dumbest lines ever used
in the history of rap music worldwide. As I sat there
gasping for air, I tried consoling myself that every
artist is allowed one mistake in a career lifespan
and ‘Share my Blessing’ is a mistake that won’t
happen again.
But on a second thought, I asked myself, didn’t Asa
or her manager Janet, hear Naeto C’s lines before
accepting to feature on the song? I would have
Usain-Bolted out of that studio, screaming ‘tufiakwa
gi’ and snapping my fingers as I rid myself of all the
phloem in my system.
Asa apparently hasn’t learnt her lessons. Her latest
collabo with Korede Bello is another career mistake
that shouldn’t have happened. The lightening has
struck twice. Korede Bello and Asa have succeeded
where others have failed. Koredo Bello and Asa
have succeeded in taking every crappy song from
the past decade in Nigeria and mashed them into a
musical abomination; add that to the level of auto-
tune on Korede’s voice; which sounds like T-Pain
after he’s slammed his testicles in a car door.
Ironically, slamming my own testicles in a car door
is something I would rather do than listen to this
song again.
Sadly, the fiasco with Naeto C now looks like a
piece of art compared to this song with Korede
Bello. This is a whole new grade of crime against
music. Asa, how do you explain this to your fans? I
have searched for justification even from a
musician’s perspective and found none. The whole
song comes out childish and guess Korede knows it
too, which explains why he had to sing it to us as
the first line that he is no longer a child. Korede has
proved conclusively with this song that there are
two things a Nigerian youth can’t do: play music
and feign humility. Titling your song, “Somebody
Great”, and blabbing all through the song about
“Somebody wey dey spray millions and somebody
wey go save billions” is that what defines
greatness? Spraying of millions? What are you
doing to yourself Asa? How did you get yourself
involved in this song? Why did you do this to your
fans?
I won’t be surprised to hear that the sound engineer
that mixed this song is deaf. That you couldn’t hear
that the whole song is drenched in reverb is
unbelievable. For God’s sake, the presence in the
song is very disturbing to the ears. And what is that
thing that sounds like someone striking a pot cover
with “ewedu” broom? Please don’t tell me that it is
the crash or the hi-hats. Please sir, can you take
back your mix and reduce the shakers. Damn it,
take back your mix and keep it to yourself.
Asa, I swear you no try at all.
The only excuse that would probably make some
sense to me now is if I am told that you guys were
just trying to create something for the current
generation but instead of a smooth-rocking guitar
classic, you have instead created this audible shit.
Yes, this song is literally shit that you can hear. It is
the worst song from Asa that I have had the
displeasure of listening.
Unfortunately though, for some inexplicable reason,
some people are actually going to play it and like it
and start insulting Etcetera like he is the reason the
song is rubbish.
Please, the excuse that Asa was not involved in this
collaboration with Korede Bello; that Don Jazzy
recorded her freestyle and used on the song, is not
going to hold any water here. Nobody does that in
this age and time knowing the ramification. And
until Don Jazzy is called out by Asa’s management,
I will assume the freestyle story is just another
industry lie and that “Somebody Great” is a well
thought out and planned collaboration between Asa
and Korede Bello. Until then, trying to water down
Asa’s involvement in this song will be a blatant in-
your-face insult to her fans as much as tweaking
the synthesizer at the beginning of the song to give
it a rock guitar feel is a blatant in-your-face
insulting to all guitarists out there.”
Why My Husband Doesn’t Want People To See Our Baby -Tiwa Savage
Nigerian singer, Tiwa Savage in an interview with
Genevieve Magazine has explained why she and her
husband , Tee billz have decided not to reveal the
face of her baby just yet adding that she didnt bond
with her baby immediately.
According to her,
‘Well that’s his dad’s decision. Every mother wants
everyone to see the picture of her baby. I want
everyone to see how cute he is but I understand my
husband’s perspective too. He is the head of the
house so I have to respect his wishes. Eventually,
we will reveal his face but for now, he wants only
close family and friends to have the special
moment to bond and not share it with the world
yet.’
She also reflected on motherhood so far, recounting
how it was hard to bond with her child after he was
born.
‘I’m going to be as candid as I can be and
Genevieve is the only press I’ve ever told. They say
you bond instantly with your baby but I didn’t have
that instant connection. I was in a 20-hour labour
and just when I was about to push him out, his
heart rate dropped, so there was a lot of panic in
the room and we were all in tears. Then, when he
eventually came out, everyone screamed
“congratulations” and they had to put him on my
chest to bond. Instead, when they did, I said “he is
beautiful, but can I sleep for just one hour?”

Senator representing Bayelsa East and philanthropist Mr.
Ben Murray Bruce of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP,
has fulfilled his pledge to donate half of his wardrobe

fellow citizens die because salaries have not been paid.
As a first step, I am immediately donating my wardrobe
allowance to unpaid workers in Osun state and widows in
my Constituency,” he said
He added that he will publicly handover his allowance to
the chairman of the Nigeria Labour Congress, NLC IN
Osun state and the head of widows association in Akasa.
“We are starting in Osun, but we will not end there. I will
do as much to help workers who’ve not been paid in
other states.
OMG!!! RIVER OF BLOOD:DON’T TALK ABOUT PARIS, SEE PHOTO OF SYRIA
I will not pay any tribute to Paris because we live in a world
full of elites who feel some people are first class citizens
while others are second class. How many tribute was paid to
Syrians, to victims of Boko Haram bombings or even Beirut
bombings?Since what ever happens in these areas should
stay there, whatever happens in Paris should remain there.

The clash between protesters and security operatives on the Onitsha Head Bridge, also reportedly led to the burning down of the Onitsha Central Mosque and at least six Dangote trucks.
Bothered by this, Governor Obiano today, appealed to the various groups of agitators protesting for the release of the founder of Radio Biafra, Mr. Nnamdi Kanu, to maintain the peace in the state.
Obiano in a special address, said that he wouldn’t stand by and watch what had looked like a peaceful procession get out of hand.
“As your Governor and the Chief Security Officer of the state, I am compelled to act to avert any likely breakdown of law and order. In all situations, the preservation of human life comes first and I am determined to enforce that,” Governor Obiano declared.
He advised the members of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), Movement for Actualization of Sovereign State of Biafra (MASSOB) and other aggrieved groups and individuals to “resist any attempt by hoodlums to take advantage of the situation and destabilize any part of Anambra State.”
The governor further warned all mischief makers who might want to take advantage of the peaceful demonstration to foment trouble to “keep off as we will not tolerate any breach of peace under any guise or pretence.”
He assured residents and visitors to the state that he was in touch with all the security agencies in the state and had their assurances that mischief makers would not be allowed to take advantage of the situation.
“I therefore wish to assure Ndi Anambra and all visitors to the state to go about their normal business peacefully as the security agencies are on top of the situation to preserve law and order,” he said.
BreakingNews: Fight Breaks Out In Onitsha Head-Bridge Between Hausas & Igbos
Information reaching us from Onitsha, Anambra indicate that a riot has broken out between the Hausa traders staged at the head bridge in Onitsha and the Igbo residents.
Unofficial State Security Services [SSS] report have it that 4 persons have been killed in the fight.
According to available information, the fight started at 1:30pm following a misunderstanding between the police stationed at the head bridge and one of the commercial bus drivers operating at the head bridge. The police was said to have been hitting the driver’s bus with his AK47 riffle – and it then got stuck in the bus. As the police officer struggled to retrieve his riffle, the driver of the bus pulled away with his vehicle dragging the police officer in the process. The police officer’s partner, upon sighting his partner being dragged, fired his riffle and shot the driver dead instantly.
The officers were northerners and the driver was an Igbo man.
The bridge head area immediately, turned deadly. The Igbo drivers and traders became angry and began attacking the police stations within the environs. They also targeted their anger at the Hausa traders trading at “Abatoir” – stating that since the Hausa peple have been killing the south easterners in north – that they remained calm – but today they are seeking revenge.
According to an SSS officer staged in Onitsha, the military and the police has reacted to dispatch anti-riot squad to the head bridge area to stop the riot. The SSS added however that as at 2:30pm that the security men have not been able to stop the rioting.
